Online Wellbeing and Mentoring
Supporting children and teens ages 8-18 with confidence, emotional regulation and school wellbeing.
4 Week Youth Therapeutic Skills and group support sessions on ZOOM.
This is a structured 4-week online program for teens aged 12–16 designed to help them build practical emotional regulation skills to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. Each weekly small-group session (max 6 participants) is live on Zoom and follows a guided structure including check-ins, skill teaching, and supported practice. Teens learn tools such as breathing techniques, grounding strategies, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation skills, with a focus on applying them in real-life situations like school, home, and social settings.
The goal is to help teens feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their emotions by giving them practical tools they can actually use day-to-day. Alongside the 4-week group, there are options for deeper support, including 1:1 individual sessions for personalized guidance and extended group participation for continued skill-building and reinforcement. This creates a pathway from foundational skills to ongoing emotional growth & support
As an MPCC-registered provisional counsellor, Insight Coach, educational assistant, and private tutor, I bring a comprehensive and strengths-based approach to supporting children and teens in their emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.
My goal is to provide a holistic support model that combines practical, evidence-informed strategies with compassionate guidance, helping young people build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. I integrate my experience in education, tutoring, and coaching to create individualized support tailored to each child’s needs.
Key elements of my approach include:
Trauma-informed care: Understanding the impact of past experiences on current emotions and behaviours, and providing a safe, supportive environment for growth.
Strengths-based guidance: Focusing on each student’s unique talents and abilities to foster confidence and motivation.
Practical emotional regulation tools: Teaching strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Mindfulness and coping skills: Incorporating mindfulness practices to support focus, calm, and self-awareness.
Parent and school collaboration: Partnering with families and educators to reinforce skills and create consistent support for the student.
As a registered provisional clinical counsellor in Canada and a UK citizen, I currently provide online wellbeing coaching exclusively for UK clients, supporting youth aged 10–18 in navigating school challenges, emotional stress, and life transitions. My approach bridges the best practices from educational support, coaching, and counselling, ensuring a comprehensive, practical, and compassionate framework for youth development.
Our approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and practical, combining mindfulness, emotional regulation strategies, and supportive mentoring.
