Annie has been immersed in holistic wellness and personal development since 2010, integrating body-based, mindfulness, and somatic approaches into her work alongside counselling to support a grounded, whole-person approach to wellbeing.
Her training and experience includes mindfulness-based practices, EFT tapping, Access Bars, sound-based relaxation, somatic awareness, and other holistic modalities that support nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Annie has also developed mindfulness workshops for youth and has a strong passion for supporting both teens and adults in understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body.

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on energy process that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points correspond to different areas of life—such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns—and help release stored limitations.
During a session, the mind begins to quiet, creating space for clarity, ease, and new possibilities. Many people experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, improved sleep, and a greater sense of openness.
