Hi, I’m Annie- Counselling Therapist
Counsellor | Somatic Approach | Holistic Coach
I support adults, teens, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and life transitions using a calm, body-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system and create real, practical change.
If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed—you’re in the right place.
Anxiety, overwhelm, or constant overthinking
Stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
Panic, shutdown, or feeling emotionally “on edge”
Difficulty coping with major life changes or transitions
Teen anxiety, anger, emotional intensity, or withdrawal
Struggles with communication or emotional dynamics at home
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
Sessions are held securely online through Zoom or CarePatron across Alberta & BC
You can attend from home or a private space
Flexible scheduling available
First session focuses on understanding your needs and goals
For overwhelm, burnout, panic, and emotional dysregulation.
For anxiety, anger, impulse control, peer pressure, and emotional regulation.
Parent/family involvement can be included where helpful to support communication and understanding.
For relocation, identity shifts, burnout, career uncertainty, or feeling stuck in life.
My approach combines counselling with somatic and nervous system-based tools.
Somatic (body-based) work
We focus on how emotions show up in the body, helping you feel more grounded and regulated.
Practical emotional tools
You’ll learn simple, real-life strategies you can use outside of sessions.
Calm, supportive counselling space
A steady, non-judgemental environment where you can slow down and feel safe.
I’m originally from the South Coast of England and now based in Central Alberta.
Alongside my training, and background in outdoor management and education, I bring lived experience of moving countries and rebuilding life in a new place as a wife of a Veteran and a mother. This informs my understanding of identity shifts, anxiety, and the emotional impact of change and transition.
