I support adults, teens, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and life transitions using a calm, body-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system and create real, practical change.

First session focuses on understanding your needs and goals
For overwhelm, burnout, panic, and emotional dysregulation.
For anxiety, anger, impulse control, peer pressure, and emotional regulation.
Parent/family involvement can be included where helpful to support communication and understanding.
For relocation, identity shifts, burnout, career uncertainty, or feeling stuck in life.
My approach combines counselling with somatic and nervous system-based tools.

I’m originally from the South Coast of England and now based in Central Alberta.
Alongside my training, and background in outdoor management and education, I bring lived experience of moving countries and rebuilding life in a new place as a wife of a Veteran and a mother. This informs my understanding of identity shifts, anxiety, and the emotional impact of change and transition.
