Welcome to Mount Willow! I'm Annie, a homeschooling mother, educator, and wellness advocate with over 15 years of experience in the UK and Canada. I hold diplomas in Outdoor Recreation, Psychology, and Counseling, and I am a Registered Professional Counselor candidate (RPC-c) with the Canadian Professional Counselors Association (CPCA). Passionate about holistic healing, I combine my expertise to offer a safe, compassionate space for individuals to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether through coaching, mindfulness, or sound therapy, I guide people of all ages toward balance and fulfillment. Let’s work together to help you thrive!
I offer personalized coaching online, along with in-person experiences such as sound baths, women's wellness retreats, therapeutic play, and somatic practices to support your emotional, spiritual, and personal growth. Additionally, I provide tutoring for youth (K-9) in Language Arts and social-emotional wellness, as well as homeschooling coaching and resources for a well-rounded educational experience.
