Mental Health Counseling for Women:

Youth /Teens Counselling
The teenage and young adult years can feel overwhelming — full of change, pressure, and questions about who you are and where you’re going.
At Mount Willow, I offer young people a calm, encouraging space to pause, talk things through, and start to trust themselves.
Through insight‑oriented coaching, we explore what’s on their mind and heart, what they’re struggling with, and what they already have within them to meet it. Along the way, I share simple tools to support emotional resilience, self‑awareness, and stronger relationships.
We can also include somatic and mindfulness practices — like breathing exercises, EFT tapping, or sound‑based relaxation — to help release stress and feel more centered.
My focus is always on meeting each young person exactly where they are, and helping them see what’s possible from here.

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on energy technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head to release stored thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs, creating space for mental clarity, relaxation, and ease. To get started, simply book a session, fill out a brief intake form, and prepare your mind and body to relax and receive—you don’t need to do anything during the session except lie back, breathe, and allow the process to unfold. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered after just one session.

Reiki & Angelic Healing with Crystals is a gentle energy therapy that combines Reiki, angelic guidance, and crystals to clear blockages, restore balance, and support emotional and spiritual healing. EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT Tapping is a simple, effective technique that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to release emotional stress and negative beliefs. To start, book a session, complete a brief form, and come prepared to focus on your feelings—during the session, you'll tap along with guided prompts to help reduce anxiety and promote emotional balance.
