Annie has been immersed in holistic wellness since 2010, thoughtfully weaving these practices into her counselling work to create a supportive, nurturing, whole-person approach.
Her training includes Theta Healing, Reiki, sound therapy, energy healing, EFT Tapping, Access Bars, and mindfulness-based practices. Annie has also created mindfulness workshops for youth and has a special passion for supporting both teens and adults through body-based, somatic approaches that honour the connection between mind, body, and emotions.

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on energy process that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points correspond to different areas of life—such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns—and help release stored limitations.
During a session, the mind begins to quiet, creating space for clarity, ease, and new possibilities. Many people experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, improved sleep, and a greater sense of openness.

Angelic Reiki is a deeply restorative energy healing practice that works with high-frequency angelic energy to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Trained in the UK, this modality offers a pure and compassionate approach, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed—without force or expectation.
Sessions often bring a sense of peace, warmth, and connection, helping to release energetic blockages, restore balance, and support your natural healing process.

The Nervous System Reset is a guided, supportive space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release what your body has been holding.
This session blends a range of gentle yet powerful practices to support emotional regulation and inner calm, including EFT tapping, guided meditation, body scans, inner child work, dream exploration, and connection with your higher self.
You are guided into a safe, grounded state where the body can begin to unwind stored tension, stress, and emotional patterns. From this place, insight, release, and integration can naturally arise—without force.
