I provide a safe, supportive space where youth and teens can express themselves and feel heard without judgment. Using approaches such as therapeutic play, mindfulness, CBT, and somatic techniques, sessions help young people develop healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and resilience. The goal is to support them in building confidence and navigating life’s changes with greater ease.
Counselling offers a compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and work through life’s challenges. I support adults experiencing mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, using a person-centred and integrative approach. Sessions may include mindfulness, somatic practices, and evidence-informed counselling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Guided Meditation and more... Together we work toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing.
Family counselling provides a supportive environment where family members can improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together. These sessions are offered in person and can accommodate up to three family members per session. creating a safe and focused space for meaningful conversation. We work together to understand each person’s perspective while developing healthier ways of relating and supporting one another. Families can gain practical tools for managing conflict, stress, and life transitions while building stronger connections
Coaching supports women who are seeking clarity, personal growth, and greater balance in their lives. Unlike counselling, which often focuses on healing past experiences, coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented. Sessions may include mindfulness, mindset work, and holistic practices such as Access Bars energy work to help release stress and shift limiting patterns. Coaching can support women in reconnecting with their confidence, purpose, and direction. Available as individual sessions, ongoing support or packages.
Your first session is typically an intake session, which is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to counselling or coaching.
During this session we may discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and there is no pressure to discuss anything you are not ready to talk about.
Together we begin identifying priorities and exploring possible approaches that may support you. From there we can develop a plan that feels comfortable and supportive, whether that involves short-term support, longer-term counselling, or occasional check-ins.
The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions and decide whether the approach feels like a good fit for you.
Counselling can be helpful for anyone who would like support navigating life’s challenges, gaining clarity, or improving their emotional wellbeing.
People often seek counselling when they are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed. Others come simply because they want to better understand themselves, develop coping strategies, or reconnect with a sense of balance.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people use counselling as a way to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and develop tools for managing life more effectively.
If you are unsure whether counselling or coaching is the right fit, a free 15-minute consultation can help us explore your needs and determine what type of support may be most helpful.
