My Approach for Film & TV Productions
I offer counselling-informed, holistic wellbeing support designed specifically for the realities of film and television production. My approach recognizes the unique pressures of long hours, creative intensity, time constraints, and the emotional demands placed on cast and crew.
Rather than traditional therapy, I provide practical, nervous-system-focused support that integrates seamlessly into production environments — whether delivered remotely or on set.
Counselling-Informed & Non-Clinical
My work is informed by counselling principles and ethical practice while remaining non-clinical and supportive in nature. This allows me to meet people where they are — offering grounding, regulation, and emotional support without disrupting workflow or requiring long-term commitment.
Support is:
Confidential
Short-term or ongoing
Flexible to production schedules
Nervous System & Stress Regulation
Film work places the nervous system under sustained pressure. My approach focuses on helping individuals:
Regulate stress and anxiety
Prevent burnout and emotional overload
Re-ground during long or demanding days
Build resilience during and between productions
I draw from somatic practices, EFT tapping, mindfulness, and meditation to support emotional regulation in a way that is practical, accessible, and effective in high-pressure settings.
Production-Aware & Flexible
I understand that productions move quickly and unpredictably. Support is designed to be:
Adaptable to call times and changing schedules
Delivered in brief check-ins or longer sessions as needed
Available remotely for accessibility or continuity of care
Offered on set when a private space or trailer is available
My role is to support the wellbeing of the people behind the production without adding complexity or disruption.
Respectful of Creative Process
Creative work often involves vulnerability, identity, performance pressure, and emotional intensity. I approach this work with respect for the creative process, offering support that honors both the individual and the demands of the role they are performing — on or off camera.
